Counterintelligence, Cyber Crime Task Force, Counter Narcotics and Counter Terrorism

The United States federal government was staging an illumination operation at the City of San Diego from 2018 through at least 2020. This masterminds behind it were clandestine operatives who were providing fixer services to the cartels and Bloods and other Asian gang members. The goal was to bait them so they could develop their criminal networks.

As rogue fixers for the Sinaloa cartel and other cartels on the global circuit including the Bloods, they provided a variety of services. First and foremost were cybercrime services. The clandestine operators provided these services to the Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico and the United States.

You know that farmers turned smugglers like El Chapo and his children or their partners in the Sinaloa Confederation have no idea how to run cyber warfare and ransomware campaigns as part of their diversification strategies. The United States government filled this void to lure out threat actors.

The United States government fulfilled quite a number of other needs from maritime beach loads of drugs and people smuggled in via Southern California coast. Non attributable witness intimidation and silencing, framing, assaults, and more. They provided or provide general counterintelligence to protect the cartel and Bloods and others on the global circuit as rogue fixers.

However, these services and others were all hustle playing the Sinaloa Cartel and Bloods and using them as doormats so they could move globally. They used the Colombians and others including the Nigerians, Asians (I believe Yakuza and Triads) as well state actors. The focus was on transnational criminal organizations. They let it all play to many people’s personal detriment.

I would not be surprised to discover that these loads being brought in were non-interdicted loads that flooded America with fentanyl. I saw a load that was not-interdicted brought in of drugs and people on early morning in San Diego (Torry Pines State Beach). The CIA has done this before and I am sure when it flooded the streets of America with a ton of cocaine that it was not the first time. It certainly was not the last -and I believe DoD is all in providing assistance.

The City of San Diego (and Mexico)

The FBI, NCIS, DoD, and CIA (and presumably DEA and DHS)

The City of San Diego was a staged illumination operation. The had you move gang members and cartel associates int the City offices to ingratiate operatives, and penetrate your criminal networks.

Why did the federal agencies choose San Diego. I surmise for the following reasons:

  1. David Bowdich then Deputy Director of the FBI, the number two in Washington DC was the former head of the San Diego FBI. He had ties to San Diego.
  2. The China Initiative. Now (former) FBI Director Wray has called China the greatest threat to America with the CIA stating the same. San Diego presented opportunities to bait the Chinese including:
  3. Navy Seals turned Spooks (CIA) and presumably (DIA Clandestine services contractors) operate out of San Diego
  4. The United States-Mexican border is 20 minutes south of downtown San Diego a significant drug corridor.
  5. Maritime shipping, i.e. there are many locations for clandestine beach insertions for smuggling drugs and people for the cartels in Southern California
  6. The SEALs have a large influence to manipulate results in San Diego both formally and informally even if engaging in illegal activities.
  7. The goal was multi-fold to lure out and develop criminal networks as part of illumination operations.
  8. They could lure cartel associated threat actors out from Mexico to the United States (they were targeting transnational threat actors) using someone as bait. In this case it was me, whom they painted as a rat, to use as a decoy and involuntary intelligence asset as bait.
  9. The close proximity to Los Angeles gangs and close relationship with the Bloods and other gangs allowed them to build a foundation to launch globally foregoing arrests and engaging in coverup and discredit operations along the way.
  10. City of San Diego, they had plenty of personnel in the area from CIA, DoD, FBI, DEA, DHS, and NCIS in the area and it seems natural in part because its a “military town.” It has the largest concentration of federal military workers in the United States.
  11. As for cyber operations at the City of San Diego, the head of cybersecurity at the City of San Diego was a former member of the FBI. It was all staged.
  12. They could have you go into these building and had surveillance everywhere documenting your activities. You were all puppets in illegal federal illumination operations.
  13. They found a “patsy” in me and used me to lure you out, to act as a decoy to distract from the ones telling you to come out -the real rats who invented me as a being a rat. They will go to prison longer than you all once this comes out.
